Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work within the delivery team to manage and deliver information security awareness campaigns for our local and international clients. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the primary responsibilities of the successful candidate will be to:
- Organize and oversee the client's delivery project
- Support and guide the client in the planning and deployment of their campaign while providing practical solutions
- Manage and respect priorities according to deadlines
- Manage approximately 10-20 projects simultaneously
- Assign tasks to delivery personnel and suppliers as required
- Follow up on resources and provide them with the necessary support for the smooth implementation of the project
- Perform quality control of customized products
- Deliver the products to the client online
Requirements:
- Certificate in project management or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 3 -5 years experience in project management in a related field
- Bilingualism: Excellent oral and written skills in French and English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, mainly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to carry out several project plans simultaneously, while being rigorous
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing business needs
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to facilitate telephone and online meetings
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment by leveraging the skills and competencies of each team member
- Ensure quality control at all stages of delivery
Nice to have experience:
- Experience in e-learning and/or information security
- Experience in Windows system administration
- Experience in technical support – level 1
- Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML and CSS
